Jimmy Mustang is currently the GIO heavyweight champion. Firmly placed as a member of The Players from All Star Wrestling, Mustang has also built a great comradery with Fire Starter.
A definite ladies man, Mustang seems to have all the ladies screaming after him when ever he enters the arena. With his cool Macedonian style and pazzaz Mustang usually makes mince meat out of hus opponents with his hardcore over the top approach to wrestling.
Previously one of the smaller wrestlers, Mustang has packed on the mass over the past year gaining him status as a heavyweight contender which is 220lbs upwards. Up until a year ago no one really took him seriously treating him as a golden boy but not allowing him to play a major role in the sport until in mid 2000 where he managed to get a shot at the GIO heavyweight title. It was an epic battle of David versus Goliath, but with a quick reversal and a face slam Mustang was able to launch into a splash which enabled him to capture the coveted belt. He also won a royal rumble at Essendon in 1999 where he defeated 30 men. More amazing than this though was the fact that King Haka was the last man in the ring with him at the end and was able to bring the big man down to take rumble.
Jimmy Mustang has proven to Australia that he is worthy of mixing it up with the Big boys and looks to have a bright future ahead of him. |
