Ok, the VL Revolution is for fast feeding guns that need to keep the ball per second rate up without chopping or misfiring. This hopper works great for that purpose. I think there is a new one that just came out, but the rev is still eveyones main hopper. There are 2 different types of revolutions. There is a 9 volt and a 12 volt. I suggest the 12 volt because it has 4 paddles instead of 2 to agitate the balls. It also has longer battery life than the 9 because of the 2 batteries. You can probably go 5 paintball outings with the batteries. Maybe more, but it depends on the type of batteries. There is a little on off switch on the hopper which is very easy to use. (It is on the opposite side on the pic) I personally have the clear revy, there are all sorts of different colors including the original black. I liked the clear one because I could just glance up and see how many balls I had left instead of looking in the back of the flip cover. A while back the clear ones would go off when the sun hit them and waste the battery persay, but Brass Eagle put in new boards once they bought viewloader out. I have no complaints about my rev and it is needed for any fast shooting guns. It runs around 55 dollars for the black one, and aroudn 10-15 dollars more for the colored ones. If you have a fast shooting gun, get the revolution. |
