Beastie Boys	White boys can't rap. - Except for the Beastie Boys! Usually I don't like rap at all. But they're different.

Belinda Carlisle	Beautiful and surprising songs like 'La Luna' or 'Circle in the Sand'. Belinda has her own record label, depends on absolutely nobody and brings out a new record whenever she has nothing else to do.
Clannad	Irish folk, sung in English and Gaelic. Makes you calm and happy.
Dire Straits	Everyone knows them. Great e-guitar rock. If you want to run cool, you've got to run on heavy heavy fuel.
The Dubliners	For more than 30 years, the Dubliners have been performing Irish Folk. But they can still crawl on stage and play.
Enya	I hated Modern Talking for renaming the same stupid song ten times and selling it each time as a new one. again. But I love Enya for doing the same thing: Selling the same wonderful and mystical song again and again - at least fifty times up to now. The Enya Sound!
Reinhard Mey	Mild-mannered guitar-playing protest singer.
Metallica	Great metal band, trendsetters, versatile, melodic intros, good musicians [Lyrics]
Mylene Farmer
Jean-Michel Jarre	The second greatest Instrumental musician (after Mike Oldfield). Incredibly complex melodies. Oxygene, Equinoxe, Revolutions. You've heard them all frequently as background music.
Meat Loaf	Meat Loaf is rather singing operas than rock songs. Very complex, long and bombastic arrangements. Best when collaborating with Jim Steinman. Those songs I can hear indefinitely often without getting tired of it. Hits: Bat out of hell. I'd do anything for love. I'd lie for you and that's the truth. Idol: Harley-Davidson

The Pogues	Irish folk, fresher and crazier than the Dubliners.

R.E.M.	Still getting better!
Scorpions	Great dramatic voice. Unchallenged.
