We're just back from Lake Placid and Aerie Treska's Wedding to Christopher Pierce of Baltimore Maryland. Chris's parents, Nate and Diane couldn't have been more warm and friendly people and we're very pleased that Aerie and Chris have found each other. Mike and Merry can now settle back to some-sort of reality now that the "summer of the weddings" is over. We were very impressed with all of Aerie and Chris's friends and family; Matt Pierce should consider standup comedy and stop fooling around in the legal profession. Derek has made a "Diane-hug" synonymous with comfortable love and understanding; I agree, they are Disney Characters..
 

Bill was able to make it to this wedding and we were glad to see he's recovering so well from his scare last May-June. As it turns out, he is suffering from reflux esophagitis and a hiatil hernia, thankfully treatable, but requiring some painful life-style modifications. We have had our share of medical events in the past year.

It is always wonderful to get together with family and friends, though our time together always seems so short. So much is left unstated and un-done. We both want you all to know we love you and are renewed by your love and presence.
