SMORES

What are smores?
Ask any Boy Scout of America and they will tell you that they are marshmallows that have been roasted
over a campfire on a stick and sandwiched between two Graham Crackers and a piece of Hershey chocolate.
Here in Australia, it is hard to find Graham Crackers, so we have done some experimenting
and have found that you can use other biscuits which work quite well.

You will need:

1 marshmallow, cooked on a stick on an open campfire or even a tealight candle
either
2 Marie biscuits
1/2 a piece of furry friends chocolate
or
1 Marie biscuit
1 choc wheaten biscuit

Sandwich marshmallow between chocolate and biscuits.  Eat while marshmallow is still warm and chocolate is gooey.

They are called smores because after eating one, you will be asked do you want s'more?

You don't have to be at a campfire to enjoy smores.  They can be made anywhere - on a hike or even at the zoo.  Here we cooked the marshmallows over tealight candles.
