This is an extremely interesting article about the Coast Guard that I found in a very unusual place on the web. It's a real eye-opener - don't miss it.USO TUESDAY NIGHT DINNER:
Extend your holiday weekend by taking a break from cooking and stopping by the USO Tuesday night for their weekly FREE dinner, open to all active duty military and their families. I will be putting on my chef's hat and joining a group of Key Volunteers from MCRD in the kitchen that night, and we promise to serve up a fantastic feast. We start serving at 6 PM. Free parking is available in the parking garage under the USO building. Click on the link below for more information and a map. Hope to see you there!--------------------------------That's it for this week! Hope everyone has a fantastic week!
