The Pettas Apartments consist of 19 well-cared studios, and one Double room apartment. All of them are fully Air Conditioned, with TV & access to all floors by Elevator . They all have fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom for 4 persons, veranda and are surrounded by a beautiful garden.
The Pettas Apartments are situated at a quiet suburb just outside Zakynthos Town . Taverns, restaurants, Bakery , and mini markets are close by within a radius of 300 meters!
Night clubs ,discos and bars can be found in a distance of 3 kilometers. You can rent motorbikes, cars, or use local buses for your transportation . The Bus stops, are no more than 200 meters from the Apartments . Beaches start in a distance from 2 kilometers up to 25 kilometers. Using motorbikes or cars, you can be at the beach in 5 minutes minimum to 45 minutes maximum!
Kipi (Garden) suburb , where we are situated , is 3 kilometers from Zakynthos Airport, 2 Kilometers from the Town’s General Hospital , 600 meters from the closest Pharmacy.
Bed linen is fully provided by Pettas twice a week ( 7 nights)!
Room service is on a daily base for all the Apartments .
At the prices which will be offered, V.T.A. 8%, Municipality Taxes 2%, Arrival & Departure from Zakynthos Airport or Harbor with Pettas mini bus , are included.
The Studios:
All are fully Air Conditioned with a TV set. Access to all floors is possible for individuals using wheel-chair, since they can use the Elevator.
All the bedrooms are comfortable enough for four (4) persons .
They all have balcony that overlooks our beautiful garden .
They all include a double and a single bed , furniture , and a sofa that can be used as a bed , as well !
All the Studios are fully equipped with Kitchen's essentials .
They contain plates, spoons, forks, coffee cups, pans etc.
Room Service is provided by Pettas Family on daily base !
Pettas apartments are open year round.
The Double Room Apartment is independent from the main unit with its own garden . It is perfect for families up to seven (7) members !
It has fully equipped kitchen , two bedrooms, one toilet . & it is ideal for families with 2-4 children
