Let us look at what one should consider
before doing a love spell.
Before doing any spell one has to consider
it's effect on the world around them, other
people and the laws of their path. This applies
when doing spells for oneself or for
another individual. After using one's own perceptions it is
wise to use some sort of divination to help decide

One area that should be looked at is one's motive.
If one's motive is to control another persons free
will then that would be to harm them.
It is a common belief that to harm another is to harm oneself.

It is in most paths unacceptable therefore.

because it can lead to stalking or being stuck with a
person who one later finds to irritate them extremely.
Lastly one would never know if the other loved them as
the result of the spell or if it
were a love that came from the result of one's own personality.
If however one's motive is to bring more love and
possibly a true love into their life then the spell can
be worked without harm to others.
It can result in great happiness.
Now the method of doing a love spell depends
on the motive. If one desires to do bring more love
into their life they would work a love spell without
thinking of a certain person but thinking of attributes and
general things one wants to find in their true love.
An example would be a woman who was kind to
others, open to one's belief system, loyal, faithful, cheerful,
giving and wise, industrious, etc.
These are thoughts on the matter from reading and as the
results of a love spell cast 8 years back.
