Hurricane Candle

Tutorial for PSP6 and 7

This is what the tutorial will make

Scroll to the bottom to see a few more things you could do.

Remember to save often in PSP format until finished.

You need to download the Selections and Picture for the lamp.  Open them with Winzip and place all of the *.sel (s)  in your Selections folder.  If you do not have a selections folder then make one under PSP6 or PSP7 and extract them to it.  Double click on the jpg Picture and it will open in PSP (if you default viewer is PSP,if not then save it to your hardrive and open PSP then open it from your harddrive) You can shrink the picture until it is called for.

All pictures and examples on this page have been compressed for faster loading, the colors may look a little "off"  I have also used a "white" transparency so you can see the example better.

When the Tuorial calls for a new layer you can do this by Opening your layer palete, and clicking on the little white paper ICON on the top left hand corner.  Use the defaults for the layer. BLEND MODE normal, OPACITY 100%, GROUP 0, LAYER is Visible is CHECKED, LOCK transperecny UNchecked, BOTH boxes in MASK or CHECKED
