Lets add a little depth to your images.  The images in the above welcome were tubes that I applied a built in filter to.

Open PSP .. Go to File, Browse.  When Browse comes up it will take a minute to load and update.

Navigate to your TUBES folder (you may keep it out of PSP, but normally you will find it under your psp folder)

Use the scroll bar on the right to find a tube you would like to use .. when you find one then double click it

Shrink your browser

SHIFT D on your TUBE image to make a duplicate image .. close the original

Go to Effects, Artistic Effects, TOPOGRAPHY (it's the last one)

Use these settings to start but you can use any settings you like, just watch your image to see what you like best.

Width 4, Density 15, Angle 45, COlor WHITE .. Click OK

That's it .. you can use it now in pictures or paintings, or you can resave it as a TUBE (just name it different so you still have your original.

Try this effect on Pictures too .. then frame them (you can use this tutorial to frame if you like)
