Treatment Of Preventable Blindness

Dr Hannan Masud has started a Programme of treatment of preventable blindness in Tubmanburg hospital to help the local population. Cases of Onchocerciasis are diagnosed and started on treatment. Patients with cataract have been registered and are awaiting the surgery with phaco and lens implant.
