All About Me

Hi!  Thanks for coming to my webpage.  This is just a little bit about me and my other interests.  My name is Pam but Pammie Jay is a nickname that I picked up in high school that stuck with me.  I'm going to be a sophomore at the University of Pittsburgh in Johnstown where I'm studying secondary education in history.  I live in the little city of Altoona, PA where I have two jobs; one as a ticket girl for our local minor league baseball team and another as a cashier for a chain department store.

Favorites and Interests

TV: Obviously, I'm a HUGE Days of our Lives and Passions fan.  I'm also a big follower of Dawson's Creek and the Simpsons, and when I have time, Survivor and The Real World.

Music: I listen to all types of music, including pop, country, rap, and rock.  Some of my favorites are Garth Brooks, LFO, Eminem, and Limp Bizkit.  My favorite though: definately 'N Sync.  Click

Movies: Some of my favorite movies include "Tommy Boy", "Cruel Intentions", "Top Gun", "Grease", and "Saturday Night Fever".  The last one also has one of my favorite soundtracks with one of my favorite songs, "More Than a Woman" by the Bee-Gee's.

Books:  Some of my favorite books are "This Side of Paradise" by F. Scott Fitzgerald, "Little Women" by Louisa May Alcott, and "Sphere" by Michael Crichton.  I also enjoy reading the Chicken Soup books and recently started reading some of Danielle Steele's work.

Actors/Actresses: From my other pages, you can obviously tell that my favorite is Jason Cook from Days!  But some of my others are Tom Cruise, Ryan Phillippe, John Travolta, Katie Holmes, and Jennifer Love Hewitt.

School: I graduated from AAHS in 1999 and now a University of Pittsburgh student.  I'm lucky enough to get the chance to live with my best friend, Aly, this year and be near some of my other good friends; Jen, Nikki, Kristin, Rob, Kristi, and the others. :-) Luv ya all!

I'm a big fan of the Altoona Curve Baseball team.  I go to the games either with my family or with my good friend Erin.  We go to watch the games (or the players!) and to talk to the players (or try to-sometimes they're hard to hear-right Erin?  LOL)  I'm a big fan of Garrett Long-baseball pants were made for that boy!!

Work sometimes is fun for me.  I'm lucky enough to work with a lot of great people that make it enjoyable.  Even at 4 AM back stock shifts-just ask Jenny or I.  We tend to get the giggles at the dumbest stuff and pass out in front of the stretch jeans table at 8.  Remind me again why we volunteered for that one? :-)
