Impressions on the 35th Anniversary Reunion, 30 December 2000
Having been part of this Coral anniversary celebration of PHS batch '65 was a very important aspect of my life. I know in my heart that all things will work well for the Foundation because its purpose is really good. Alam ko na makakatlong itong Foundation financially especially to classmates na hindi pinalad na maging successful. Sana magpatuloy pa ito hanggang sa golden o diamond anniversary. - Editha Estandarte-Reyes.
Everytime I hear PHS Class '65, I feel so proud. I feel a sense of belongingness. Thank God, inabe na cu queng batch a ini. When this affair was still in its organization period, I saw to it na ecu mag-absent. I felt a unique happiness in me whenever I was with the group. Lagi queng masaya. E que papagal. I'm very proud because 95% of my classmates o ca-batch are very successful in their fields of profession. Balang aquit cu o asaganan a ckaklase, atuwan cu la. Anggang atin na cami queng idad, we feel young, young at heart. Masaya, ma-sense of humor la, a-feel mu ing ing importance mu whenever we wre in the group. So, may I say, "Mabuhay" tamu ngan, good luck to all of us, let's sail on … and God bless us. - Erlinda Aquino-Estandarte.
To co-sixty-fivers, Greetings of Peace and Joy!
"After a dark night, comes a bright and promising day". I said this because of the odds and toils that the organizers experienced for twelve months preparing for this memorable occasion. Locating the whereabouts of members was the hardest - despite exhausting all possible means, we still weren't able to contact everyone.
It's good that every member organizer had that persevering and hopeful heart to put everything in best order.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the following people who gave their all-out physical and financial support to the three-fold activity (reunion, souvenir program and foundation) : Mars, Lisa, Didi, Baby, Lyn, Erlie, Edith, Elsie, Vangie, Mila, Geo, Loouie, Mario, Benny and Dodo. Also to our donors and sponsors, without them nothing will be realized.
May these undertakings make us more united and enable us to help others all the more.
God bless and more power! - Rose Balajadia-Estrabillo, Reunion Committee President
To all of Batch '65 members, welcome to our 35th Anniversary!
Every reunion, we reminisce about both happy and sad memories that have been part of our growing up. They are not forgotten but put aside due to the passing of time.
To our beloved Alma Mater, mentors, and friends, thank you for your support and understanding. And to all our classmates, let us continue attending our coming reunions and support our Foundation.
God bless! - Elsie Tiqui-Lumbo
