NEWSLETTER OCTOBER,2001
PARTHA'S NEWSLETTER FOR NOVEMBER, 2001

Deepu and Sriram are gone, but not forgotten

I want to dedicate this Newsletter to two beautiful spirits who lived among us; two youths whose very presence lit up the room; loud laughter that made us smile; personalities that let us know they were near.

All we are left with are wonderful memories of the love we shared as a family, and the ache within our hearts from wanting them back.

To Deepu and Sriram who left us on 28th October 1999 - this Newsletter is for you.

Before you read the Newsletter. you must see this amazing program that I got from the net CLICK HERE

MEMORIES ARE MADE OF THESE
The photos this time are meant for the new members. The small girl in the first photo is Shoba, the bride in 2001. (Read about her engagement in 'October diary') The second photo is of Kannan,Chooda and Chitra, when Chitra was a baby.
  Hello

Hello, everyone, Welcome to my November Newsletter. I extend a special welcome to three new members - Anand (or Venkatesh)- Shoba's fiancee, Kannan (Adyar) and Chitra.
The response to the October Nesletter was much better. From NAUnet, Raghu and Prasad wrote fairly promptly, with Jagan and Vidya also responding. From SRIKAMnet, Geetha, Murali, Usha and Urmila responded. I showed it to Hema in Ussoor and Kannan and Rajeevi in Mumbai. They all liked it.The silent majority, as usual, chose to be silent.
As usual, I have given a Javascript quiz this time also to test your knowledge after you finish this Newsletter. Please attempt it for fun.

NOSTALGIA

When we were in Secunderabad in 1974-75, Raghu was with us. Every day Amritha, Raghu and I would find some thing or the other to laugh about. One thing which made us laugh for a whole day were the words which we used to say as children for selecting a thing or a person at random. I am reproducing it here with the hope that all of you (especially Raghu) will feel nostagic.
