    The Language section is divided into two subsections.  Every language has two components, one for its spoken words and one for its written counterparts.  This section is divided similarly.  Chinese has a diverse spoken language (i.e. many dialects), and a complicated system of written characters.  The diverse spoken language resulted from the long history of China and the vast land belonging to the Chinese.  The written characters have expanded since its creation, which occurred approximately five-thousand years ago.
