The founders of this Project convened in the Spring of 2004 and envisioned a world in which not only the Chinese culture is well-known among the Chinese descendents, but also applauded in the Western world. Globally, the reputation of the Chinese culture is improving; however, nowadays many Chinese people disregard or even despise the Chinese culture. This depressing fact results from language barrier, geographical background difference, and the improper trend of education.
