Concept / Mission: {H.A.T.} is host to a public server that "is a place where friends can go to play together." Two of their members share responsibility for operating the clan's server and it's website. News from their site indicates, however, that some amount of frustration is building on the issue of low turn-out on their homepage. The webmaster even indicated that s/he might soon feel compelled to quit the project, leaving the long-term future of the {H.A.T.} website in doubt.
