Archive Maintenance Form

Use the form below to request any of the following actions in regards to the Clans and Organizations Archives:

  • Add a clan or organization.
  • Update a clan or organization's listing.
  • Request the removal of a clan or organization from the archives.

    Under normal circumstances, requests take about two days to process. Also, for updates and deletions, the email address you provide will be used to verify your request before any action is taken.

    Note:
    For additions, please complete all fields.
    For updates, please complete name, email, and any fields you wish to change.
    For deletions, please complete name and email, and use the concept/mission block to explain your reasons for requesting the removal of your group from the archives.
