This church is situated in Ebden Street and was originally the Presbyterian Church for the town of Kyneton. The design is attributed to a member of the local congregation, James Thomson, but it has been said that the design is more reminiscent of another local architect, William Douglas.
The main body of the church was built in 1857 and the porch (where the foundation stone lies) was added in 1932.
