The Tal-Rasha is an organization of wizards and wizard-police who control the use of magic in Asgra. They wear for a uniform a simple hooded cloak and an amulet on their chest. They are not an unreasonable group generally in dealing with adventurers, although there are rumours that their higher command is pushing for more intrusive legal rights.
Persons using offensive magic within the city will likely have trouble with the Tal-Rasha.
Entertainment in Asgra comes in many flavours. There is theatre and music, ranging from what we would call high art to what we would call a strip show. There are circuses. There are sporting events: horse or chariot racing, wrestling, gladiator fights, dog fights, animal fights. There are also a great many taverns and other venues with music and drink. Asgra is a place to be if you want to have a good time.
Professional entertainment: theatre, sports, circuses, and so forth in Asgra is dominated by the factions. The blues and the greens factions are the most powerful and influence almost every part of the lives of ordinary people.
