Prayer To The Creator

I lift my face to the warmth of the rising sun,

I plant my feet firmly upon Mother Earth,

I raise my hands to the wondrous blue sky,

My song rises like a bird upon the wind,

Soaring ever higher toward the Heavens.

I give thanks to the Creator for all the blessings in my life.

She'd leave me be,
to myself,
and ask for nothing other.
And I'll sit and fall,
give in to it all,
and watch her walk away.

I've lost her forever....

THE EMPTINESS OF THE
LONESOME SOUL..

THE BLACKHOLE TRAVELS THE GREAT VAST
BOUNTRYS OF SPACE AND TIME, ALONE AS IF
ALMOST FORGOTTEN.
WHAT ONCE WAS BEAUTIFUL ONLY NOW RESIDES
WITHIN ITSELF, A HUNGRY AN UNTAMED BEAST.
AS HE GREW OLDER AND PASSED AWAY HIS
GREATNESS.
THE SOUL INSIDE HURT BEYOND ALL PAIN, THUS TO
SILENCE THE PAIN HIS HEART COLLAPSED AND
ABSORBED ITSELF.
WHEN ONCE HE GAVE TO ALL, TAKEN FOR GRANTED
NOW HE GIVES NONE.
WITH NOTHING TO GIVE HE NOW HAS EVERYTHING
TO GAIN.
TAKING WITHOUT WARNING, WITHOUT END, TRYING
TO FILL WHAT NOW IS BROKEN BUT CAN NEVER
AGAIN BE FIXED.
HOW BIG WILL HIS SADNESS GROW NO ONE REALLY
KNOWS, SO DON'T FORGET YOUR LOVED ONES
SHOW THEM, TELL THEM THAT YOU CARE.
BEFORE THEY, THAT ONCE WAS BEAUTIFUL SLOWLY
AND SILENTLY DISAPEAR AND BRAKE WITHIN
THEMSELVES.
NEVER TAKE FOR GRANTED THE EXISTENCE OF
SOMEONE ELSE OR ALL IS LOST.

one human

one human
the death, the life, the fear, and the question
born to the tips of young lips-why?
green trees, blue skies, face, nose, fingers, ears and eyes
mommy, daddy born to die-why?

one human
the death the life
the ancient wheel we know too well
round we spin to fall again
rise like kings
uncrowned our heads
to topple down again-why?

one human
the uncertainty
rosaries, crusifixes, ra the sun god king of egypt sand
the jaded buddha, the many arms of vishnu
ala, god-speak to me
one alone, one alone-why?

one human
many faces, many sides
many ways to ride a star beam
hitched upon a universal prong
whipped, zipped thripped, thropped, and thronged
across the endless reaches
one human reaches
(primal energy the drive to a nature deep inside
for another just alike)
Together
They'll catch daisies flying from the mouths of spring
Let summer sun burn deep a passion
and our hearts our etched with wings
Autumn they'll look back and laugh
at the roads they've walked so many times Together
Come winter, wind creeps down country lanes
in search of a pair of old bare toes
So Together they explode
One last time to say goodbye
Two sets of wings eclipse the night
The sentiment, the pale moon light
The return to the struggle
And one human
                                and one human

Just because we're different
doesn't give you a right
just because we're different
doesn't mean to fight
justbecause we're different
you hate us

so we're a little strange
doesn't mean to hurt us
so we're strange
doesn't give you the right to kill us
so we're strange
you call us a freak
so we're strange
it doesn't mean to beat us

you are just the same
