The Day Reality Asked Dreams For a Dance

On the day Reality asked Dreams for a dance.
But Dreams declined. "You are often
crude and would step on my hopeful feet."

Reality straightened his tie with the fate prints. "You never
take a chance. This
joyous dancefloor awaits us.
Would you let a few
sore toes get in the way
of becoming yourself?"

Dreams folded her arms. "Today yes.
Tomorrow maybe"

Reality snickered "You always talk
of tomorrow like he'll walk in the door,
kiss your hand, and
spin you endlessly."

Dreams turned her eyes. "He will. For I
am a passionate kiss. And you Reality,
you are but a cold fish handshake."

Reality stretched
his neck in the stiff ivory collar. "Then I
shall dance with Yesterday."

Dreams looked Reality straight in the eye "Yesterday
knows only one dance."

Reality tugged his cufflinks "But
she knows it well. And once again
you'll just sit here and watch.
Guzzling up
all the punch of Life."

"Sipping," murmured Dreams,
 casually looking away, "slowly sipping".

My diary.

they found my diary under the bed
"maybe I should read it" the policeman said.
opening the diary the first page read...
"please help me i wish i was dead,
i hate this world, i hate this place.
please leave me alone i need my own space.
i must leave this world for it is sad,
all the hate and guns makes me so mad.
i'll miss everyone, i love you all,
don't cry for me or start to bawl.
off to a better place is where i'll be,
when you see a star please think of me.
this world tears people up inside.
i felt like my soul washed away with the tide.
i couldn't stay here anymore,
so i released my soul and decided to soar
up to the heavens is where i'll be
just remember don't cry for me.
now it's time, now i must go
my love for you will always show.
think of me everyday
for i will always love you, always."

Good-Bye

I could be gone tomorrow
Are you prepared to say good bye?
This could be the last time I see you
I love you....

Just remember that
And you'll be fine
I may not make it back to you
So please just say good bye
Always say it
Before your last chance has passed
Good bye....

Take a look
Like it was your last
I love you....

It could be your last chance
We'll always wonder
When it's time
To say a final farewell
It could be today
Or maybe next week
So don't forget to say good bye
Good bye....

Just say it all
And mean it all
I love you
Good bye
Farewell my love

Just Beneath

Look beneath the layers
To see the real and true me
She hides very well
And sometimes can't be found
Just take your time
And look very deep
She may hide and disappear
But she really longs to be found
She can't helo her own lonliness
And wishes for your company
Once you reach
Her layer of allusion
Take her by the hand
And slowly lead her out
The sun may blind her
So cover her eyes at first
The noises may scare her
So cover her ears
Everything is so old and forgotten
It will seem new
Take your time
And give your patience
Once she is out
All you have to do is love her
And she will not wish to return
Just love her!

Roll On...

Roll on your eightteen wheels,
roll on to your fear,
roll on your rambeling highway,
roll on the end is near.

Keep your engine hot,
keep your speed up high,
roll on your eighteen wheels,
roll on to the end tonight.

You've passed the miles one by one,
youve passed small towns one by one,
roll on your eighteen wheels,
roll on to your death tonight.
