Too Rich

I tried tucking in this shirt
But it's just too big
Picking up these dreams of
Trying to fill these empty sleeves.
A pocket full of hopes
Now lint ridden and torn
Carry on...just
Carry on.
Tried filling this skin
Finding it just won't fit
Either I'm too small
or this world is too big.
Either way you look at it
I'm losing my time
I think I've already
lost my place in line.
Carry on
Carry on
They tell me to just
Carry on...
My hearts too big,
Or it just feels too much
These sleeves cover my hands...
Or I'm afraid to touch.
Love is at a distance
Evil to obtain...
Searching for the gold
In a room full of the same.
Carry on...
They say you can never be too rich.
Carry on...
Well, that's my only wish.
