As you might have already guessed, my name is Myke. Myke Thompson. I am of Norwegian descent, among other things.
I am a horn player and I consider myself to be pretty good. Not the best by any stretch of the imagination, but I can hold my own.
I spent my entire high school career at Poteet High School in Mesquite, Tx. I was in the Pirate Band there, and for those of you that don't know, the Pirate Band kicks ass.
I am now a freshman at East Texas State University. It's pretty cool here, but my lack of monetary units is rather disheartening on Friday nights in the lonely town of Commerce, Tx (Pop. 8,000).
I totally love music. Be it alternative, classical, or classic rock; it's all good. What I don't like however is rap or country. Gag me with a spoon! Of course, I totally love The Beatles.
They are my favourite band, as they should be yours. "But Myke, what about your love life," I'm sure you're asking by now. Well, I have a girlfriend right now by the name of Jessica Beard, and if you would hold your horses, you can read about her below.
I have a mother and a father. My dad lives in New York, and my mom lives in Mesquite. My brother's name is Adam Miller AKA TanK.
He is really cool. He lives in Spring, Texas and has a wife, Jennifer DuPuy-Miller. They just had a baby together, Megan Dian Miller. That would be my niece. Feel free to write me, my brother, or my mom.
As you should already know by now, Jessica is my girlfriend since September 5, 1996. We went to the same high school, Poteet. But I graduated, and she still has a semester to go.
It kinda sucks having a long distance relationship, because I hardly ever get to see her. Anyway, Jessica is the daughter of Bill and Marla Beard. She is 17 years old.
She doesn't know a lick about cars, but that's okay cause what she doesn't know she makes up for in rocket science. Jessica went to Beasley elementary and Vanston Middle School (incidentally those are the very same schools I attended).
Now she's a senior in high school, and next year she will be coming up here to Commerce. She plays horn in the Pirate band. She's very beautiful, and she has awesome hair. I'm trying to get her to dye it purple like mine.
