Happy New Year! So it's January and time to evaluate how I did last year and publicly post my goals for 2006.
In 2005, I ran 130 times for a total of 508.05 miles. I don't have a good total for my other workouts. I stopped tracking them mid September, which is probably about when I stopped being consistant with them.
I did acquire a good DVD library in 2005. I also got a new hybrid bike and a treadmill. 
For 2006, I'm starting to train for a marathon. I'm using the running plan in Marthoning for Mortals. So I will follow that, which has me running 4 times a week most weeks, cross-training twice, and one rest day. My crosstraining right now is pilates and upper body weight training.
I'm not going to list any weight goals. My weight has been pretty consistant for the last 6 months. It's a little higher than I like, but I'm gonna focus on the training right now, and see how my weight falls into line.
