Last night was a little bit cooler, around 80* and not terribly humid, so it was a good night for a run. I decided to try a new route. It was an out and back that's a little over 4 miles. Lots of people were out last evening. I saw many walkers, 1 runner, and 3 bicyclists. I also saw 3 deer. The route parallels the railroad tracks, so I also saw the train. My time was 38:42, not super speedy, but pretty good. This was my longest run of the last few months. I hope to run this course more frequently to try to get my mileage base back up. Once I have more consistancy, I can get back up to 5 and 6 milers. Then hopefully work on longer distances! :-)
After, well actually, during the run, my stomache started to hurt a bit. But it's fine today!
