Copyright IssuesCopyrights are a big deal on the web. There are a few simple rules to follow so you won't have any trouble with anyone. The first is that if you take graphics off of a collection, you need to credit the creator. This is common courtesy. The creator will generally offer an image you can use to link back to their site. Make sure to do this, and don't include any of their sets/backgrounds/etc. in your own graphics collection. Never link to a graphic on someone else's server. This is bandwidth stealing and is not highly looked upon. If the person says on their site you may use their graphics, save them to your computer and upload them. It's not hard, and it saves everyone a battle. It's generally a good idea, before taking graphics off any page, to contact the owner. If the graphic has any sort of copyright under it, just ask that person's permission before taking it. If it doesn't have one, that usually means it's accessable to the public (but not always). Just check to make sure.
