Ruth Poniarski is a New York
artist who has shown in many locations.These include the Karpeles Museum,
the Silvermine Gallery and the Parrish
Museum. She has a
yearly show at the Amsterdam Whitney Gallery
in Chelsea, New York
and is in collections all over the USA. Her work can also be seen in
the New Art International book, which can be found at select Barnes &
Noble and Borders bookstores.
Update: Ruth Poniarski will be inducted into the National
Association of Women Artists on November 7, 2006.
This is an organization with 800
members nationwide and such famous artists as Louise Nevelson, Alice Neel and
Mary Cassatt.
