The idea consists in making a peace flight with balloons to land in Lasoberana, starting off from the site of Graciosa at the end of the Event Algarve 2008, where the idea consists of creating ephemeral spaces in a temporary intervention in the landscape through multimedia installations, as an interludium to the final and extraordinary realisation of the art communication center, museum Lasoberana in Western Sahara. 
 

The landing of this Peace Flight at this very special location Lasoberana, where the seatown is projected between Ocean and desert, is an act of identification and confirmation of the physical equilibrium of a global state of mind of all people, independently from their origin, belief or race. 
 

Architects and sculptors will cooperate in a contest to design an ephemeral construction as a huge signal for the balloon pilots where to land.
 

Intrested people coming from all over the world, as a manifestation of unity and identification, will bring with them on their flight a handfull of earth from their homeland. Upon their arrival at Lasoberana all these people, representatives of many nations in the world, will drop the earth from their homeland on the same spot and will thus build all together, by their common and repeated act of dropping this soil, the "first stone" of the seatown. The act of building the first stone of this seatown will be followed by an artistic happening of poetry, music, a friendly gathering with all and a huge pic-nic.
