In view of the development of the total plan for the extension of a harbour next to a tourist complex, consisting of a complete infrastructure such as a hotel, a concert hall, an exhibition hall and a pleasure yacht port, situated at and in front of our coast in the Atlantic Ocean, we count on private financing of the execution of this concept. 

Our  local government  gives preference to a concept based on long term agreements and long term participations as we aim for exploitation forms on the basis of methods of concession with partners that at the one side take the construction risks and at the other side take the development risks.

Eventual partners in this project are asked to make proposals based on our vision. This proposal schould contain a video simulation and a complete charter dossier of urbanization and feasibility studies, in which economical, juridical and financial aspects are being specified.
