Sheba

"I'm getting to big for this Bed!"

Sheba came here before we were all moved in , used to come when we just spent our vacations here, She had a home, but when we were here to stay so was she. Before she really became our dog she had 10 pups( not her first litter, I was told) 1 pup died at birth & 7 I got homes for which was not easy. 2 I kept, Sheba loves to catch a ball & would rather do that than eat,we got her spayed as soon as the pups were weaned, She is a sweet dog.

These are all Sheba's pups. I pray each night that they all have good homes, and are loved. I tried to make sure, but people can tell you anything and you just have to trust them. I know I would never want to go through it again. I did it once before and again it was not my dog, a little Wheaten Terrier, Bretony (her picture is under "Friends")The 4 pups were all black, and so sweet. I also got her a very good home.

Marshall's PosseDeputy Sheba
I looked darn good in my Posse outfit!

Almost look like a shepherd here!

Testing a new bed!

An afternoon nap.

First trip to the beach this summer, and it's July!!
That tiny speck out there is my ball, and I hope they don't think I'm going out THAT far!
Last year we started around the first of June!

Not like the real thing!

I'm not looking at any camera, with my leg Bandaged. (After having an operation to remove a large lump from her leg,(for the second time.)Also a small tumor from her face.)
Sheba passed away, she had Cushings Disease, the worst kind, and never showed any signs of it until it was to late.
She loved life so--We will miss her always.(1986-2000)
Not really sure of her birth date ,but this is what I think
She passed away on Nov.28,2000 and was buried under the large chestnut tree on my husband's birthday Nov.29,2000
