Past Relations Genealogy Forms
Two of my very clever students, Beryl
and Bruce while students working on several of my Past Relations courses, have
done some fantastic work! They have improved one of the genealogy forms we
repeatedly use - the Pedigree Chart - AND they have also created forms that do not exist anywhere else that
we are aware of - the
Canadian Census Abstract, the
Land Location Worksheet,
and the
Evidence Sources form!
This is proof of the many
'side-benefits' of my courses ... friendships! Beryl was the creator, and her
new buddy Bruce was the willing technical creator.
These forms are copyrighted by my
company Past Relations, but,
provided you make no changes, you are welcome to download and print them
off and then use them for FREE, as many times as you want. Beryl, Bruce, and Pat
wish you all much success.
Enjoy everyone!
These
forms were all created in PDF which means they will be slightly slower to load
and print on your first visit.
Printer tip: if the form or chart of your printed copy is too small, change Page Scaling [after you hit 'print'] to "Fit
to printer margins" or something similar.
- Pedigree Chart

improved with additional reference points
- Canadian
Census Abstract Form

is designed to be used with ANY Canadian population census. This is a unique
form. After literally days of searching the net and not been able to find one
that was close to perfect, the idea was born

Land Location

The Land Location Worksheet is a
one-of-a-kind worksheet that was designed because Beryl was tired of drawing
out township and quarter sections maps for her ancestor's binders while taking
a land course from Pat. This printable worksheet saves valuable time and has
spaces for all necessary information
- Evidence Sources
images/PastRelationsSourcesofEvidence.pdf
is an at-a-glance reference to
what you have as sources of evidence and what you need. WHAT a wonderful
form!
