Job Loyalty (ºÉ©¾Â¾¦u)
April 13, 2003

Dear Richard,

Everyday, I wake up at 6 a.m. in the morning and leaves home for work at 7 a.m. Until I come back at night for a dinner with you, it is a hard working day each day. I have to make sure all the assignments completed with my best effort, all services offered to our clients with excellence, and all financial targets achieved with supreme satisfaction. I have to convince my employer that my salary is worth paying. If I make a mistake or if my employer loses trust on me, do you know what will happen? I may lose my job; as a result, I may not be able to bring home the money to feed you.

Richard, as a student, your job is to work hard at school. I am not asking you to have flying colours all the times. However, at least, you have to show your effort. I was told that Mrs. Kay complained on you a lot lately. If we allow you keep escaping from this, you won't be able to grow up as a responsible person. Of course, your Mom and I won't leave you hungry. But, yes! You have to earn a good dinner by showing me your school effort. I hope that you would understand that this arrangement is done for your own goodness sake.

With love, Dad
