Notes for Ida Estella Love

Ida was married and divorced twice, and had no children. She owned and operated rental apartments at Windy Hill Beach, South Carolina - north of Myrtle Beach. She loved to listen to baseball on the radio in the evenings.

Obituary from "The Charlotte Observer," published: Sunday, September 24, 1989
Mrs. Ida Love Hall, 93, of North Myrtle Beach, formerly of Charlotte, died Sept. 22, 1989, in Charlotte. Funeral is 12:30 p.m. Monday at McEwen Funeral Home, Charlotte chapel. Burial will be in Paw Creek Presbyterian Church cemetery. Visitation is 4 to 5 p.m. today.
Mrs. Hall, a Charlotte native, was a retired owner of Ocean Breeze Motel.
She was a member of By the Sea Baptist Church in Ocean Drive, S.C. She was a former member of Paw Creek Presbyterian Church, where she was member of Women of the Church. Survivors are her brother, Avery Love; sister, Mrs. Eunice Cumi Sisk.
