Notes for Norrah C. Roseman

Never married.
Jean M. Joy, nephew, recalled that one day when he was a boy he was playing at the home of his grandparents, William and Laura Patterson Roseman in Moore's Chapel, Mecklenburg County, NC. He threw a corn cob at his sister Laura, which skipped across the porch floor and into the open door of the house. His aunt Norrah Roseman came outside and with eyes growing ever wider, accused him of being the meanest little boy who ever lived for throwing that rock into the house and nearly hitting Grandma's picture. He said he never forgot the switching that he received.
