Notes for Henry A. Love

Eunice Cumi Love Sisk remembers that her father, James Monroe Love, always felt that he caused the death of his brother Henry. Henry had been sick for awhile, and had made out a will. He died shortly after eating an apple given to him by his 12 year old brother.

HENRY A. LOVE July 22, 1858; probated in July 1858 court by the oaths of the witnesses named below.
I give my horse to my brother James M. Love, and to my brother Lee Love my watch and shotgun. I will to my sister Jane Keistler my interest in the Kerr tract, and I instruct my executor to provide a headstone for my grave.
