Will of George Allen probable son of Hugh Allen - has a brother John
Allen; Agness Allen is witness (wife of John Allen was named Agness)

Will of George Allen of Mecklenburg County, in the province of North
Carolina, being weak of body...to Sarah my beloved wife one bed &
furtniure with her mare and saddle with her third of all my personal
estate; to my son George the plantation I now live on, he paying to my
daughters £ 120 when he arrives to the age of 21 years, but provided the
child my wife is now with be a son, then I allow him the one half of said
tract of land, they my said sons paying my daughters the sum of £ 60 when
of age; to my daughters Mary, Jean, Sarah & Elizabeth and if the child my
wife is now with be a female, all the remainder of my estate to be
equally divided amongst them except £ 10 and my gold ring (marked Love &
live happy) to my daughter Mary towards curing the sore in her knee; to
my brother John Allen, one suit of Blue Firstian Clothes; to Thomas
Walsh, my riding saddle; my executors to sell and dispose of my negro
wench at the vandue of my personal estate or at private sale; Sarah Allen
my beloved wife and my brother John Allen & Thomas Polk Esqr, exrs. 19
