"Solomon Summers. 13 Oct. 1860. Son Humphrey to have part of the land
on which I live on waters of Dutchman's Creek joining Ward and Owen's
mill pond and Isaac Green and Wilson Tomlin of 214 acres. Son Robert C.
to have balance of 500 acres on condition that his mother, Susanna
Summers, has a portion of the dwelling in which I live during her life
and be supported by him comfortably, along with my single daus.: Jane V.,
Tabitha and Lucy E. until their marriage. Wife to have girl Martha. Son
Robert to have boy Amos. Dau. Clementine Tomlin to have girl Dill. Dau.
Nancy Holmes to have girl Harriet. Dau. Tabitha to have Emmeline. Dau.
Jane to have boy Pinckney. Dau. Lucy to have boy Lafayette. Son
Humphrey to be executor along with son-in-law Melmoth Holmes. Wit: N. D.
