Notes for Christopher Love
In the 1815 Tax Lists of Mecklenburg County, NC, David Love and
Christoper Love appear in Capt. Hoover's Company with no taxable
property, 1 WP and no BP. The Christoper Love listed may have been the
son of John Love and his wife Sarah of Paw Creek.

From the notes, bonds, and accounts of Dr. Thomas Henderson of
Mecklenburg County, NC 1816-1820:
November 1816, Christopher Love is listed as owing $2.85. (North
Carolina Genealogical Society Journal, November 1993.) This Christopher
Love may have been the son of John Love and his wife Sarah of Paw Creek.
Other persons listed are in western Mecklenburg County and Lincoln County.
