29 Jan 1835 - Bladen Co., NC Deed Book Vol 8, page 610 - division of real estate of James Anders, dec'd

4 May 1840 - Bladen Co., NC Deed Book 22, page 498 - sale of land by James O. Anders, originally granted to his father in 1807.

12 June 1841 - Some of the children of James Anders, dec'd son of John Anders, Jr. determined by Deed Record Page 52, Vol III Deed Book: "John D. Larkins & wife Caroline, Catharine Anders & Mary Anders to Samuel Anders - $100....our right & interest in a certain parcel of land in South River, it being our share of a piece of land whereon John Anders, Junr. formerly, it also being part of a survey patented by John Anders & Elizabeth Meredith. Wit: G. W. Bannerman, G. W. Freeman, November Term 1841. David Lewis, Clk. Commission to J. D. Beatty & James M. Anders to take private examination of Caroline Larkins wife of John D. Larkins who resided in New Hanover County.
