Dau Miriah Highsmith & heirs - negro Phillis & her 2 children Mary & Caroline; horse valued at $50.00
Dau Charity Highsmith & heirs - negro man Ceasar ca 35 yrs & Marish ca 27 yrs. & her child Hariot ca 1 month; my cupboard & all my china & all in it; 3 cows & calves; livestock; feather bed & furn. valued at $50.00
Dau Charity Highsmith - after death of wife, all lands & tenaments during natural life or widowhood
Son Sion Killett & his heirs - negro boy Henry ca 7 yrs, m Primus ca 5 yrs; all land after his sister death or marriage; all property not already bequeated & remainder my property, at death of his mother;
