Anders vs Anders Lawsuit, North Carolina Supreme Court Case 13 NC 529 pp. 8-10: Concerned the division of Anne Jane's father's property to his children. The write-up includes "making of a division all being there of full age but Anne Jane and she was eighteen years of age the January preceding." Case probably adjudicated in May 1815. Write also includes "that Anna Jane Anders was an infant (a legal infant J.V.A.) and the report was not under seal."

1834 November - Bladen County, NC Deed Book 22 page 610 - Division of John Anders' land to his heirs includes Ann Jane Bryan.

7 Nov 1843 - Bladen County, NC Deed Book 8 page 204 - Settlement of Anna J. Bryan's estate by Timothy Anders and William S. Johnston.
