This weekend we went to Karawatha Forest the Dianella Trail and Banksia Trail.  It was cloudy, with little rain, but sunshine later. Still most insects we saw were predators. We saw a leaf beetle, which may mean they were coming out. We also saw some new Ichneumon Wasp, a Darkling Beetle and some skipper butterflies. On the Banksia Trail footpath, we saw many Bee Flies resting on ground. Some were mating.
