Karawatha Forest, Wild May Trail, new leaves on young trees. We found many different small katydid nymphs running around. The most interesting thing was we saw this Longicon Beetle on a pine tree. We cannot find ID it yet. This is the first test run the new carmera 8800. The marco side is not as powerful as the 5700, otherwise, should be good for insect photo. We expect to take more dragonfly pictures.

Later in the evening, we went to the track near Bulimba Creek and took some milkweed bug photos.
