Melaleuca Circuit is in Karawatha Forest where we visit the first time. We found there is a very interesting [pace, with a small loogoon and many large gum trees. We should come here more oftenly. We found many bugs, most we already knew them. We found two new items which both are very small. It seems we have discovered most of the large insects in Karawatha Forest. One of the small fellows is the Longicon (photo) which is only 10mm body length. It was sitting on the top of a dry plant, its antenna was up, seems waiting for something. The other small fellow is the horned tree hoppers, which we saw them in pictures, but never saw them in the field.
