Chicago ReunionHello Everyone, Am still groggy from the fun in Chicago. Berlin and Vix were such gracious hosts. Imagine Berlin having a barbeque going on at 2:30 in the morning after a night of serious dancing!!!! We crept to bed at around 4:30 A.M. after more reminiscing and talking about the people who were not present (that includes you Boots!!! he..he..heee). Pagkatapos ay gumising (or ginising ni Vix) si Berlin at 7:30 to prepare breakfast for us!!! Talk about cramming everything in one night!!! Aside from Boots' shopping spree, we played shooting basketball, sang memorable tunes with the karaoke, listened to classical music on the piano (courtesy of our hostess), had a night of dancing at "Boogie Nights" (meron ba nito sa LA or Manila?...kailangang mabalikan!!) and shot some pool at the way cool basement of their mansion (I'm not kidding, it's huge!!). Vix, I did put in 50 cents on the first tollway when I realized that I have another toll booth coming and I was out of coins!!!!!!!! Imaginin ninyo na lang si Joey na nakalambitin sa bintana ng sasakyan ni Vix sa freeway and trying to shoot a quarter into my car when we were both doing 60 mph!!!!!! Kung may pulis nuon ay siguradong may tiket kaming lahat! Hanip sa sharpshooting si Joey...landed right on my chest!!!! saan kaya siya nag-praktis?? Kendee reminded all of us how good her voice was that night...Nakatunganga (as in wide open mouths) kami lahat while she was singing (pati accent..eh!). It was such a sweet and powerful voice (like the maple syrup...thanks, Kendee!). The group has decided that we will request the organizing committee in Manila to reserve a spot or two for the presentation numbers of overseas alumni. We have a couple of things in mind already and they're very easy to practice on. The attached pics will be coming in installments para hindi naman masyadong matagal mag-download. Again, thank you very much Vix for everything. Noel | |
