This is a reunion as well as a welcome party hosted by Miles & Raim for
Hermie and family who migrated to US this June. Everyone had a great time
and that holds true for every batch75 reunion. Here are their emails and the photos.

Thank you so much to Miles and Raim for organizing this reunion. It was great
and we all had fun!!! It was so nice to see Hermie and his family, Gerry and

We really had a great time. The cottage and the lake settings were unique,
the food and drinks were superb, the weather was perfect and most of all,
everyone made our weekend truly memorable and fun-filled. You guys are the BEST!!

We cannot thank you enough for the great fun weekend at Lake San Marcos.
Ang galing ng concept, not only did we have a blast , our kids (from all
ages from 1 - 21) did too! Kaniya-kaniyang barkada. As always, nag-grouping
na naman ang mga boyz for their smoking/drinking/bidahan at tuksuhan sessions
at ang mga girlz naman sat down for hours to have their catch-up-with-the
latest chikahan. Towards the very late evening and early morning 1 am
(meron pang midnight meal) nagkasama-sama rin lahat. At may continuation pa
sa breakfast with karaoke singing. Sayang at di na ako nakasama sa boat ride
around the lake kasi naman ang superstar Romay ( he hired me as the lady driver
for the weekend pero di man lang nag-iwan ng tip!) ay may special engagement pa
somewhere else. Miles, the lakeside apartment with the spectacular vista and
the million dollar homes on the hilltops (pag tumama rin ako sa Super Lotto ay
mag-kapitbahay tayo duon) was really a refreshing break from our stressful daily
routine. Many many tsup-tsup for making it happen, the chance to see and spend
fun time with my fave crowd pcs75 friends.

Hermie, Marissaa and the 3 Marias - a warm welcome to your new home, America
the beautiful. Best of luck to you all. Hermie, pag may kailangan ka don't
hesitate to count on us, you'll be amazed at very diverse ang talents ng
batch 75 - and best of all, we are all eager to help.

Gerry, Tina, Jackie, Gerald (Dad's exact duplicate - mabait nga lang yung bata)
Kitt, TY for the special lobsters and the great "bonding" moments. Malapit na
magsi-sugod ang gang sa L V, hope you don't get tired of our faces.

Ron, Luz and kids - how sweet that you made the time to hang out with us this
weekend. I know how difficult it is to ask for a day off pag newly-hired ka
lang with many work responsibilities. See you in L V.

Romie - hilarious-as-ever ka talaga. Kahit na it was a long drive from the
Bay Area at kahit na no-pay ka for your weekend off sa United, champion ka
talaga makisama. Pero ang masasabi ko lang eh, pagbutihin mo ang career mo
with my fave airline, at humahaba na naman ang listahan ng may crush sa iyo,
esp now malapit na ang LV reunion. See yah there.

Grace V. - not only was it amusing to hear your funny stories about the
special attention of being a blonde, the delicious food was also a special
treat for us all, ube cake, pancit canton, chicken alexander. From someone
who has no talent sa food prep dept, hanga ako sa iyo.

Dory - welcome to the fun world of mini-reunions. Now you know, pag may weekend
get together, plan on spending the night over, bitin kasi. Marami ka tuloy
na-miss when you had left. But t y for coming, it was great to see you again
after 27 long years and to hear your stories and tips on insurance claims.
Beauty ka pa rin!

Noel and Tigu - as always very unique ang contribution ninyo to these mini-reunions
---PCS scholarship discussions, logisticss ng fund-raising, foundation issues
whether Lancome, Estee Lauder, Avon or yung cheap brand ni Romay ang gagamitin
natin), ang super sarap na sisig at karaoke singing talents. Aba eh nataob ang
kukote ninyo sa pagka-genius ni Raymond (Miles' genes) at siya lang ang nakapagpa-andar
ng magic microphone. It was really fun.

Conch - saan ba ang celebration blow-out mo? Announcement: Dahil sa outstanding work
performance ni Conch sa trabaho after one month probation eh ayaw na siyang pakawalan ng
kaniyang boss. Yap - she's staying here por gud!

Conch -- bilib talaga ako sa 'yo. Buti naman at bilib din sa 'yo ang amo
mo (good luck sa documentation!). Salamat at nakarating ka. May contact ka
pala sa SD so everytime you're headed here, give me a call...

Ron, Luz, Kyle, Keane and Ashley - Ang galing niyo talaga. Ang akala namin
eh nalimutan niyo kami but you came!!! Alam mo, hanggang sa bahay, pag-ring
ng doorbell eh gusto kong sabihin "Sila Ron!!".

Jane, Janice and Vincent -- ang bait mo talaga Tita Jane. Sana naman nag-enjoy
ang binata at dalaga mo para next time eh sumama ulit. Ang sarap ng mangga
... lalo na pagkatapos lamutakin ni Dory at Tina (sarap talaga!!). Maraming
salamat for everything pati yung supplies ng mga tsikiting!!

Romay and Abigail -- Ang galing mo palang kumanta Romy. Favorite niya eh
kundiman (at kundiman dumating sa tin ang panahon ...) Glee club ka ba noon?
O baka gumanda ang boses mo sa kabubulyaw sa mga ka-batch natin. Maraming
thank you for taking the time to make it here. Yung boss mong si Abigail,
naiwan ang sweatshirt so dadalhin ko na lang sa LV, okay!

Gerry, Tina, Jackie, Gerald, Kitt and Marife -- Salamat, salamat, salamat.
Pumapalag pa yung lobsters when we got the box. Everyone enjoyed them at feel
special kaming lahat for the special putahe. Kristine was so glad to meet Jackie,
Raimond to hang out with Gerald, and Jessi to play with Kitt. Magaling mag-drive
ng boat si Gerald baka mauna pang humingi ng boat than car. We are looking
forward to the LV bash!!!

Grace, Jose, Roslyn, Matthew and pretty Lourdeen -- salamat, mare, ang sipag
mo talagang magluto. You really look good blonde. Jose, yung tinola nilista
ko na para hindi ko malimutang singilin pagpunta ko sa LA. Yung inaanak
ng bayan eh talaga namang napaka-cute at bait ... ilang baterya ang kinakain
niya??

Noel and Tigu -- wala akong masabi sa inyong dalawa dahil nasabi ko na in
person. Usap tayo ulit my very dear, special prens...

Hermie, Marissa, Iris, Trix and Nikki -- our special guests. Sana nag-enjoy
kayo as much as we did. Ganyan talaga dito sa Tate, magkakamag-anak tayong
lahat... sampling pa lang yan ng batch. Don't hesitate to ask anyone of us
pag may maitutulong kami to make your adjustments easier (Ron, kinausap ka
ba ??? LOL). Sarap ng mangga, ang tamis parang yung mga babae sa buhay ni
Hermie (sige na nga, ikaw na yung buto!). Pero tiong, type ko rin yung

Miles, Raim & kids - maraming maraming salamat po...kahit no pay ako
for 2 days sa United Airlines ay sulit naman. Sa dami ng kinain ko
ay hanggang ngayon ay dighay pa rin ako ng dighay (burppp...) pati
iyong swimming pool ay binawian ko rin ang dami kong nainom na
chlorine na cleanse tuloy ang buong system ko, baka sakaling maging
normal na ako. Anyway, the setting is very beautiful at nag-enjoy
kaming lahat. Sayang at hindi na kami nakasama sa boating pero hindi
bale at sa susunod na lang. Raim-paminsan minsan naman ay medyo
sumusuway ka sa mga utos ni Miles...nai-ispoil ito eh! Mag-usap tayo
para mabigyan kita ng mga kitchen at laundry tips para makalibre ka
at makapunta sa Las Vegas reunion ng maaga...tignan mo ako at ngayon
pa lang ay inu-umpisan ko na ang mga bed sheets para payagan akong
makapunta sa LV. Thank you very much for being the great host at
bumawi ka na lang pag dito naman sa amin ang get together...I hope to
see you soon at LV.

Jane, Janice & Vincent - wala akong masabi tita...maraming thank you
for driving me and Abigail around...naistorbo ko tuloy ang family
weekend together ninyo. But don't worry at babawian ko rin ang mga
atraso ko sa iyo. Abigail enjoyed it a lot and asking me when are we
going back there...sabi ko na lang ay maybe next summer vacation.
The gift you gave to Allyson are very much appreciated kasiya sa
kaniya ang mga iyon. Nahihiya si Lily sa iyo at wala man lang kaming
pasalubong sa iyo at mga kids. Pero di bale, babawi na lang ako sa

Hermie, Marissa & kids - welcome to the community!!! If ever you

sharing your hotel room w/ me and Abigail. Nag-enjoy talaga kami
sayang at kulang tayo sa araw...di bale aagahan na lang namin ang
pagpunta sa LV para naman makatulong sa inyo sa paghahanda OK. As
usual ang sarap na naman ng lobster na ipinadala mo...mabuti na lang
at mababa ang high blood ko ngayon...tyvm ha!!!

Ron, Luz, Kyle, Keane & Ashley - akala ko hindi ka na darating
eh...it's good to see you and your family again...paano, magkita ulit
tayo sa LV reunion...at doon na lang natin pag-usapan ang mga

Dory - ngayon at naka-attend ka na ng SD reunion...sa susunod ay sana

Conch - congrats on your new job! Kaunting tiis pa and your almost

ba ang magtu-tulungan kung hindi tayong magka-kabatchmate. We are
all part of the family...para na tayong magka-kapatid...adopted nga

Grace, Jose, Roslyn, Matthew & Lourdeen - just keep it up, I know
you can make it!!! If you need some nursing books & reviewers, pls
let me know as my wife Lily got some of nephrology nursing books.
She's working at San Francisco Gen Hosp at Renal. Her specialty is
dialysis. That's the reason I ate the whole cake you bake!!! ang

Noel & Tigu - as usual hindi completo ang batch '75 pag wala kayo!!!
Ang sarap mo rin palang mag-timpla ng wines...baka matalo mo na si
Mars ha Noel...siguro kaunting practise pa at dadaigin mo na si
Mars...OK iyong Jungle T na ginawa mo suwabeng suwabe...very smooth
pero pag sumipa....Tirso, just wait for a while & I know matatapos na
rin ang mga pinagti-tiis mo. Lahat ng mga kabutihang nagawa mo for
the group ay may magandang kapalit. Just pray & hope for the best!
Let me know kung kailan mo kailangan iyong napag-usapan natin.

Once again, thank you very much to the wonderful people of batch
'75. We are all a happy and big family! I'm proud to be a PCS batch
'75!!! I know that with all the help and support of all the

Thanks for everything. Bilib din ako sa iyo and your family for your

Mga minamahal kong mga kapatid,

Pasensiya na kayo at napakainit dito sa San Fernando Valley 105* na kaya
hinahaging-hagingan ko lang ang computer ko sa kwarto namin. I finally
have some precious quite time- Roselee and Matthew are with grandma, si
Jose at si Lourdeen ay tulog sa living room- where we have been sleeping
this past 2 weeks- kaya I want to send this delayed thank you to Miles
and Raim for the great week-end blast we had in San Diego.

Maraming-maraming salamat Miles for the wonderful time- the kids are still
talking about it- especially the boat ride. Miles, talagang matalino yang
anak mong si Raymond- kaya magiging capitan ng barko yan ha, kaya lang baka
ayaw ni Raim maging cook nya? I'm sure he would be looking for his dad's
cooking dahil masarap magluto si Raim. Pwedeng-pwede nang magpa-andar ng
barko ang anak mo lalo na ngayong na-itraining na sya ni Jose, kaya lang wag
mong paturu-an ke Jose paano mag dock.

Jerry, Tina and family, pwedeng pwede na ring magdrive sa tubig si Gerald-
he's a very smart kid! Maraming salamat sa lobsters-ang sarap at maraming
salamat sa pag-adopt nyo ke Roselee for one night- she really loves your
daughters. I hope to see you soon.

Ron, and Luz, love na love ni Lourdeen si Ashley- tuwing dadaan sya eh
hinahalikan ang baby nyo- ang cute kasi- Lourdeen thinks she's a doll-
ang bait pa nang anak nyong yan- can you tell me your secret at bakit
mahinhin sya- kailangang mapakain ko ke Lourdeen para mabawasan ang
pagkamalikot. I hope to see you guys again in Las Vegas, hopefully,
the kids will play more with each other.

Romy, salamat sa info tungkol sa wife mo, I hope na ma-meet ko siya -
sasama ba siya sa Las Vegas? I'm still an infant in the nursing industry
talagang kailangan ko ng extra input about it. Sige, pakidala ang libro,
if your wife is willing to lend it.Maraming salamat Romy sa mga jokes mo,
oks na oks ka talaga- sayang at hindi ka namin nakasama sa mixed class
nuong araw-seguro mas masaya. Jose really loves the way you sing "Tie a
Yellow Ribbon" kailangan maulit ang singalong sa L.V. aba, syempre, dadalhin
ko uli ang magic mike-sige ka pag hindi ka kakanta, lagot ka ke Jane.

loves your daughter, ang ganda ng mukha ng anak mong yan at saka
mabait-mukhang nagmana sa nanay ano? joke lang ha.

Jane, I really want to chat longer with you- kaya lang hindi ka naman
nag-stay ng matagal- girl, you must call me or I'll call you- anytime.
Ang bigat pala ng trabaho mo bilib ako sa yo. Ang mga anak mo rin -
they're very good looking-mana sa nanay. Kung may time ka, bisitahan
mo lang ako sa bahay, ok? Anyway, malalaki na ang mga anak mo, pwede
mo seguro silang iwan, then come and see me ok? I hope to see you again

I love to see you because you always have a smile, just like the way you
had been since high school- ang sarap talagang walang problema na katulad
mo, kaya tuloy you look the same way-hindi ka tumanda katulad ko.

Dory, I remember seeing you now at Paula- ang liit talaga ng mundo, We
have a lot to talk about- Miriam and Conchita had been really nice to me
and I became close to their families, kaya lang very complicated politics
ang nangyari- I'll tell you about it later- It' s so good to see you in
San Diego, ikaw yung tinuturo sa akin ng officemates ko sa Paula na
Filipina din daw, I must have said hello on a few occasions but we never
had a chance to really get to know each other then- sino ang mag-aakala
na magkabatch pala tayo sa Paco and to think we didn't know each other
when we worked for the same company! Anyway, I hope to chat with you

Thanks Noel, for baby-sitting Lourdeen in San Diego, bagay talaga
sa yo ang maging tatay ni Lourdeen. Kilalang kilala ka ng batang yan.
I hope you're situated in the valley -what's your new phone# baka
magkapitbahay na tayo ngayon. Tigu, hang in there, we're here for you
buddy, call me if you need to talk or anything. Hey guys, you gotta
come and visit me ok? I hope to see you in Las Vegas if not sooner,
dito na kayo maghapunan sa bahay kung nakalipat na kayo.

Hermie, Marissa and kids, welcome to America, please don't hesitate to
call on us if there's anything we can do to help you ease you into your
transition- wag nyung panini walaan masyado si Jose, baka kayo madiscourage
at bumalik sa Pilipinas. Despite it all, I believe this is still a great
country to live in (as long as the economy is stable). Have fun in
discovering the lifestyles and idiosyncracies of this culture.
We learn to live in two worlds, Filipino and American, we try to take the
good in each and discard a few bad ones along the way. Lastly, we try to
instill a great pride and appreciation of the Filipino way in our kids- you
will notice that we have gained a few admirers of our people even among
some Caucasians here. Enough said, good luck and I hope to see you soon
in L.V.

Miles, again I can't thank you enough for the wonderful week-end- it was a
refreshing break from our mundane lives. The spot you chose was very unique,
the kids loved the swimming and the boat ride, the lake and hills were
enchanting. Maraming salamat uli sa inyong lahat. It's great to know people
who are as loving and caring as you guys, this is one beautiful event that
highlights our years- I'll always go back and cherish these memories- not
because of the event itself but because of the love we share in this family.
