Alison was thrilled to see Rafe. Everyone at the hospital including Jack and Jamal were so greatful to Rafe for bringing Alison back. Jamal didn't realize until today how much Rafe means to Alison. Meanwhile Alison was heartbroken to find out Rafe did not remember her, she tried to tell him to look into her eyes and everything will come back to him. Rafe mentioned he was married and that brought hope to Alison, she was so happy he remembered "their" wedding! Everything Rafe was describing was how their wedding went. Rafe's then told Alison that he was married to someone else! That moment Livvie walked in and announced that it was her who Rafe was married to.
