The Spiritual Era |
|
The Bible. The Bible was written in two parts, the Old Testament and the New Testament. Lets call them the First Era and the Second Era. The Scriptures of the First Era collected the history of the people of Israel, preserving the names of their families, their achievements, their errors, their deeds, their faith, their weaknesses, their splendor and their down falls, so that this “Book” would speak to each new generation of the evolution and practices of their sacred worship This Book equally preserved the names of their ancestors, lovers of virtue and justice, models of strength and faith, as well as the words of the prophets through whom God spoke when He beheld His people on the verge of danger. It also records the names of wrong doers, of traitors and the disobedient. Each event and each example, was a lesson that God wanted His people to teach their descendants. The Old Testament also contains the laws given to Moses by God, in order to overcome idol worship and materialism. If mankind of that time, had been listening to the voice of their conscience, all of Gods revelations and teachings would have reached them through their conscience Instead they were deaf to His Voice and blind to His Spiritual Light. So God had to materialize His Law. He inscribed it upon a rock, so that He could manifest Himself to their physical senses. It was not enough that He had given us his Laws in material form because once again mankind deviated from Gods mandates. That started the beginning of the Second Era. He sent us Jesus, His Son, to live among us, as a person just like you and me, to teach us to look for the truth with Love, with humility, with perseverance, and with faith. Our example of what God wants us to strive to be like. “Seek and you will find, knock and it will be answered.” The Second Era gives us the “Word” of God. The words, examples and teachings of Jesus have been the road to salvation for those who have persevered in it, and placed their confidence in it. But, for many men, Jesus is just a character of a beautiful but ancient legend, whose examples cannot be imitated or actually put into practice in the world today. In their hearts they feel it is difficult to put into practice the lessons of the Master, to those people I say. “Keep trying.” The words and deeds of Jesus Christ have not passed on, nor will they ever pass on, since the essence of His Works and Words on Earth are Love, humility, faith and charity. These are elemental attributes of our spirit and are eternal.
Luke 4: 14-19 During the time that God made Himself visible as Jesus, their were many who on seeing Jesus, asked themselves, "Who is this person who preaches in the name of God?" And others answered, “He is the son of Mary and Joseph, the carpenter. He is the Galilean.” Then they ridiculed Jesus. But, the son of the carpenter caused those who were blind since birth to see His Light. The amazed unbelievers asked themselves: How is it possible that this humble man, whom they knew as an ordinary human being, could perform such miracles? This was the means that Jesus used, so that they would stop and listen to His Words. Those experiencing the miracles and the caress of the Master, shouted and fell at His feat, recognizing Him instantly as the Promised Savior. Jesus was the healing balsam. His word healed anyone who received it. His hand gave health to whomever He touched. His gaze brought infinite hope to anyone who received it. Even His tunic when touched with faith by those who approached Him were healed. But without faith, and without compliance to the Divine Laws, Jesus’s words are only a vain seed that does not take root when it is sown, because what fertilizes that seed, is virtue. How much blood has been shed in attempting to erase what was written upon the Tablets of the Law given to Moses in the First Era? How much doctrinal divergence has been made upon Jesus’s teachings during the Second Era? Yet, His Light, His Word, has never been extinguished. God is one and the same in all eras. His teachings are one and the same in all eras. But now our spiritual and intellectual evolution is greater. And that is why we seek a more perfect communication and worship toward our Creator. Do you realize how much strength and beauty you will discover when you open your eyes to the Light of the Holy Spirit! Soon everything that has made mankind interpret the Divine Laws wrongfully will disappear from the minds of man. God does not want His people on the wrong path, so everyday He works on changing the hearts and minds of man. Our Creator is wisely moving mankind closer toward His great revelation. Life, as His teacher, instructs and reforms us continuously. Trials and tribulations force our spiritual voice to be heard by our conscience. During all era’s man has never lacked the knowledge of God’s Divine Laws. There has always been an intuition in our minds, or a presentiment in our hearts that comes from our conscience. During Jesus’s short stay here on earth he gave us all the information and knowledge we needed to know. But during that time we were unable to understand them, we considered it as a mystery, and upon it drew a veil. That veil is what the Holy Spirit has come to tear down with His Light, so that those mysteries will be revealed to us. Meditate and pray on these lessons, and you will come to understand that the time of figurative meanings and symbols is about to end, because our spiritual evolution and our mental development will permit us to comprehend the truth better. When you learn to communicate with God through your spirit. The fear of taking a step forward toward the evolution of your spirit will disappear. Or are you so accustomed to following the traditions handed down to you by your ancestors that you will build a wall around your heart? Many of you fear to think and believe for yourself, and prefers to submit yourself to the opinions of others, consequently depriving yourself of the freedom of truly knowing God. The time of enlightenment has come for humanity. Our intuition, which is our spiritual voice, will enlighten our minds, and cause our hearts to throb before the message it receives from the Infinite. The truth is within us. God is within us all. Are you still finding it hard to believe in the evolution of the spirit? You have seen the expansion of science, and of the discoveries and developments that you thought could never happen. Why do you resist the natural evolution of the spirit? Why are you so closed-minded to that which keeps you stationary and lethargic? Man has become so conceited about his earthly accomplishments and his science, that he does not realize that without God revelations, and without His influence from the beyond, he would have discovered nothing. Man, as part of creation, has a mission to fulfill, he has been endowed with a superior intelligence and a free will, in order for him to achieve, through his own efforts, with guidance from the Holy Spirit, the development of spiritual perfection. Which is Eternal Life. By means of the Holy Spirit, man is able to comprehend his Creator, understand His benefits, and admire His knowledge. If we would just appreciate all of Gods Creations, instead of becoming conceited by our worldly knowledge, we would realize that there is no secret or mystery to life. Then we could acknowledge and Love one another as brothers and sisters, just as Jesus teaches us. Within all of us there is kindness and charity, therefore there is unity. If mankind will be humble and obedient instead of enslaved in all the passions of this world, all of Jesus’s teachings and revelations will reach us through our conscience. Now at the dawning of the Third Era, “The Spiritual Era,” don’t turn a deaf ear or a blind eye to the Spiritual Light which illuminates the path to eternity. We are now at the eve of a great spiritual evolution. All of God’s Divine Laws are but the preparation, so that we may penetrate the spiritual realm, with the light of the Holy Spirit guiding us. No one but God can sustain your spirit, for He is the Divine Manna of life. The laws of Moses in the First Era, and the Words of Jesus in the Second Era, are what have carried mankind to the Third Era. "The Spiritual Era." “Blessed is he who is anxious to hear Gods Word and does not wish to miss a single lesson, for he will create, in his spirit, the “book” of Love which will be his best inheritance.”
