ISMAIL MUAHARAN is a qualified Trainer and Facilitator specialised in Recreation, Outdoor Motivation and Team Building. With 9 years experience in Outdoor Training & Recreation, he has also obtained Certificate of Basic Recreation – Level I and Certificate of Recreation – Level II from Department of Youth and Sports Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Certificate of National Outdoor Recreation Leader – Level III from the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Certificate of Physical Exercise with Royal Malaysian Navy. Besides from serving as Outdoor Activities Trainer with RCB Adventure Camp in Malacca, he has also been with Mayban Securities Sdn. Bhd., where giving him the opportunity to experience the corporate world. Ismail has been actively involved in Non-Government Organisation and also youth associations where he serves as an Advisor to Persatuan Bekas-bekas Peserta Program Khidmat Sosial Negara Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur or also known as BERKESAN. To date, estimated that more than 8,000 trainees from various type of training programme like Pengurusan Rekreasi dan Motivasi Kegiatan Luar, Kepimpinan dan Rekreasi, Pengurusan Program Rekreasi dan Kegiatan Luar, Rekreasi Remaja, Motivasi dan Rekreasi, Kursus Kejurulatihan Tahap I & II, Kursus Pengendalian di Kawasan Curam, Peningkatan Latihan Fizikal and also Teknik-teknik Pengurusan Fizikal di dalam Kegiatan Luar which was conducted by him. |
